After getting a lot of photos from the agents we asked Martin Sargent – of Natura Design S.L. – Lanzarote Builders – to go across to the plot, take a couple of videos and send them to us.

So this was the first good impression we got. Then we decided to go to Lanzarote at the end of January to see it ourselves.
